    Under general supervision, assists in the leadership of a team of three or more Representatives.  Collaborates with others to design and execute various strategies aimed at promoting Carrington Colleges as the preferred educator.  Continuously monitors employee performance and acts as a coach and mentor in order to promote performance effectiveness.  As a leader, operates at the highest level of integrity while providing inspirational leadership by serving as a role model for all employees. 

     

    This role is a remote position, with occasioanal onsite meetings and trainings.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides leadership to team of Representatives through effective coaching and mentoring.  Identifies skill gaps and works with employees to identify remedies and sponsor successful application of those remedies.
    • Resolves most simple to moderately-complex enrollment questions and problems.
    • With the Director of Enrollment Services, organizes and directs team efforts towards successful results.  Promotes team dynamics through active participation and leadership.
    • Provides world class service to students throughout their experience with institutions
    • Ensures that the Admission’s organization follows proper documentation protocols and that a record retention program is effective. 
    • Serves as escalation point in the absence of the Director of Enrollment Services.
    • Collaborates with Director of Enrollment Services and as needed, Executive Director, to determine yearly and intermittent goals and objectives are designed, measured and effectively lead.   Ensures alignment between Admission’s, institutions and the organization is met.
    • Actively participates in the recruitment and placement of students to include, but not limited to screening, interviewing, assessing, qualifying and advising prospective students.
    • Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Services, promotes a recruitment strategy, including an annual recruitment plan that is aligned to overall goals of the campus and the institution.
    • Develops and prepares for approval the Admissions Office’s policies and programs and, as directed, conducts audits and reviews results to ensure conformance with same.
    • Adheres to all laws and regulations governing student recruitment activities, as well as, the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
    • Completes other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • 3 to 5 years Admissions experience required;
    • Online enrollment experience preferred
    • Management and Leadership experience preferred;
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are required;
    • Ability to effectively lead and manage a team;
    • Ability to effectively communication across all levels through strong verbal, written and presentation skills
    • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and to be a self-starter;
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Carrington representative training and development
